What MLB earned runs is
Earned runs charged to the pitcher. Unearned runs behind an error do not count, which is the usual source of disagreement with a naive box-score read.
How we settle it. Graded against the pitching stat group's earned-runs column.

Read off 2,059 Over legs out of 3,928 settled outcomes on this market. The rest are Unders and milestone legs (“1+”, “2+”) that some books price here too, and a threshold rung is not an Over.
